In addition there are a number of one day events. These are sailed over 3 races with the first start at 11.00 am. There is a trophy awarded at the end of the day. Events consist of:
- Charity Race: Sailed in aid of the RNLI. There is an entry fee for this event.
- Felgate Cup: No entry fee.
- Bundy Cup: No entry fee. Sailed over one race starting at 2.00 pm. This is our Marathon race, which takes in our entire reach of the Thames.
- Anonymous Cup: No entry fee.
Throughout the year we have a number of open events where sailors from other clubs come and join us. Events include:
- Middle Thames Trophy: Race event between Staines SC, Laleham SC and Desborough SC. Venue alternates between the three clubs.
- British Moth Open (Entry fee applies): Open to members of the British Moth Boat Association.
